You shouldn’t have to spend hundreds of dollars every month to feel confident in your skin.
For years, I relied on bi-weekly facials and medical-grade skincare. I believed more products meant better results. But my skin still felt reactive, inconsistent, and dependent on constant maintenance.
Everything changed when I simplified.
I began using products rooted in traditional, whole ingredients — including tallow-based skincare — and focused on supporting my skin instead of overwhelming it.
Over time, my skin became calmer. More balanced. More resilient.

As I learned more about tallow production, I realized something surprising — very few companies could clearly trace where their tallow came from.
“Grass-fed” was a common claim. Verified sourcing was not.
For us, traceability isn’t marketing. It’s reality.
Our tallow comes from 100% grass-fed and grass-finished Black Angus cattle raised by our ranch family — free from hormones, antibiotics, and vaccines. From birth to butcher, we know exactly where our suet comes from.
That level of transparency allows us to stand behind the purity and integrity of every batch we make.

Rooted in Stewardship
Long before Twin Spurs Ranch Co. began, the cattle story was already unfolding.
In the early 2000s, Emilia’s family purchased a small herd of Black Angus heifers — believed not to be bred. Shortly after, her father was involved in a severe accident, breaking multiple bones and leaving the ranch in an uncertain season.
At the same time, those “unbred” heifers began calving.
Emilia was just 9 or 10 years old.
That spring, alongside her mother, she helped pull calves from all 18 heifers. All but one were saved. It was a baptism into ranch life — not through ease, but through responsibility.
Her love for cattle grew into long-term commitment. Through 4H, she began showing ranch-raised steers, eventually selecting her first — a steer she named Munchy. Selling him at auction was difficult, but it allowed her to purchase her first bred Red Angus cow.
From there, her herd grew. She invested in improved breeding, refined her program, and by the end of high school had halter-broken and sold 14 high-quality 4H steers to help fund her college education.
This isn’t hobby ranching.
It’s generational stewardship.
Hands-on experience.
Deep respect for the animal from birth to harvest.
And that same respect carries into every batch of tallow we produce.
How Twin Spurs Ranch Co. Began
The idea for a tallow business grew from both friendship and purpose.
While working with Emilia’s ranch family, we began discussing ways to create additional income that would allow greater flexibility for family life. Around the same time, a small tallow company I had personally used and loved announced she was stepping away from production.
After a year of using her products and seeing the difference in my own skin, I reached out. She agreed to pass along her foundational formulas — and with fully traceable, ranch-raised tallow available to us, Twin Spurs Ranch Co. was born.
Since then, we’ve continued refining and improving our formulations.
While essential oils were once part of our products, we are transitioning toward botanical infusions. Infusions are gentler on sensitive skin and utilize the full benefits of the whole plant — not just aromatic compounds — creating a more balanced and skin-supportive product.
Every formulation is created with intention — not trends.
