At Twin Spurs Ranch Co., every jar of tallow is handcrafted in small batches using tallow from our very own cattle. We take great pride in the quality and care that goes into each product, and your satisfaction means the world to us.
Because our tallow products are considered personal care items, we’re unable to accept returns once the seal has been broken or the product has been used. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you’re unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Here’s how it works:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at twinspursranchco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once approved.
A few things to note:

We do not issue refunds for change of mind or dislike of scent/texture since our products are made from natural ingredients and each batch may vary slightly.

All sale or promotional items are final sale.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
